Studio Kubrick contemplates both industrial production and craftsman techniques and applies the spirit into manufactural production. Each piece of the blades utilizes the CNC process during the manufacture, measured down to its precision. The blade is like a puzzle, and it needs three-piece of design to fit together to function perfectly. Finally, we finished the blades with a hand-polished process along with the white-soap oiled coating on top to sustain any wear and tear for years to come.

FlYVINGEN INSPIRE FROM THE NORDIC CULTURE LIFESTYLE WITH EXQUISITE DETAILS
The project starts with a small urban dwell concept for the tropical Southeast Asia markets, as the compact cooling fan will be needed all year round. Flyvingen is inspired by the propeller aeroplane design, where the simplicity of the blade became the focal point. The blade materials are sourced from the high-altitude Northen China’s Cypress forest, close to the border of Siberia. The curved blade design adds a dynamic look, where it reconnects with nature.
The project targets the compact urban dweller influenced by the Scandinavian design, where a millennial aesthetic provides an excellent cooling solution.
