The Industrial Elegance

Buran

Developed as part of the Cyan Design collection, Buran studies industrial precision, stripping the ceiling fan to its essential elements. Designed without a light kit, the focus shifts entirely to structure - where the connection between the blades and motor housing becomes the defining feature. A refined bracket system anchors the corrugated blades to a central tube rod, creating a seamless visual and functional unity. The result is a fan that embraces raw materiality and engineered simplicity.

Buran is designed to achieve a sense of weightlessness, with blades that appear to float beneath the motor housing. A minimal bracket system refines this effect, balancing structure with lightness. The dual-tone finishes introduce a subtle contrast, adding depth and elegance to the design.

"Inspired by the fluid geometry of piping, Buran pairs a simple L-shaped bracket with a refined industrial aesthetic. The result is a minimal ceiling fan that balances structural clarity with a soft, silent presence."

Buran’s blades feature vertical striations that add depth and reinforce its engineered aesthetic. Crafted from recycled ABS through precision injection molding, the design balances material efficiency with a bold, structural presence.
